Russian Software Registry
CDO Global platforms are included in the Unified Register of Russian Software and Databases. This confirms compliance with import-independence requirements and exempts the customer from VAT on purchase.
Eligibility to participate in state and municipal procurement under Federal Laws 44 and 223, advantage when Russian software is preferred, use of the product in critical infrastructure and educational institutions.
